High Intensity Exercises For Burning Off The Holiday Fat


1. Have you heard of battling rope?

If not, just do a search and find out what it is. You need to work out with battling ropes for 30 seconds and then rest for 15 seconds.

Now move on to the sledgehammer. Hit a tire with the sledgehammer as fast as you can 20 seconds possible.

Repeat this two or three times while taking only a short 60 second break after the sledgehammer.
