Build Up Your Ab And Core Strength With This Ab Circuit Workout


Strengthening your core and abs is arguably one of the most difficult things to do in your quest for a strong, ripped body. There’s no shortcut or magic exercise to give you a six-pack in under a week and to achieve something like that requires a delicate combination of a healthy diet and a good calorie-burning/muscle strengthening workout routine. Don’t get discouraged, though, because we have just the thing to start you off.

One of the things you should keep in mind when training abs is that there’s a common misconception that abs can be worked every day. This is not true, not for abs nor for any other muscle group. Train them two to three times a week on non-consecutive days. Also, when talking abs, there’s no need for a big number of reps. If the exercise becomes too easy, pick up a weight and save yourself some time.
