Функционал, интервальные тренировки + силовые , от силовых последние два месяца даже отдыхала. Мышцы никуда не делись, не “пожглись”, а даже наоборот стали более налитые. Я к тому, что заблуждение думать , то что функциональные и интервальные тренировки мешают набрать мышечную массу. Питалась ,как обычно, то есть у меня нет диеты на массонабор!
