Make Every Moment Count In Your Triathlon Transitions

The sport of triathlon has become wildly popular, attracting people from all age groups and levels of ability to participate in this three-stage event of swimming, bicycling, and running. Many fail to give much thought to the two other timed sessions of the sport, however — the swim-bike transition and the bike-run transition (T1 and T2, respectively).

Races can be won or lost on the basis of handling these transitions successfully.
