Exercise Before School Could Reduce ADHD Issues

Whether you have young children or you are a student yourself, a study has shown that performing simple aerobic exercises in the morning can decrease the chance of ADHD symptoms.

These symptoms include restlessness, changes in mood and a general inability to pay attention to the tasks at hand.

The study was conducted by researchers at Michigan State University and the University of Vermont.

While the study is still in its early phase, initial findings do show that light physical activity in the morning can definitely have a positive effect on people who suffer from ADHD.

According to the study, people who are prone to ADHD-like symptoms, especially young children, can improve their math skills, reading skills and general brain function with regular exercise in the morning.

While none of the studies are completely conclusive for now, the data is very promising. Further research will be needed to confirm how much exercise and at what time would best enhance the learning capabilities of children and adults who are prone to experiencing ADHD-like symptoms.
