Eating Breakfast Decreases Cravings

According to a study that was recently released by the University of Missouri-Columbia, eating a well-balanced breakfast is important to good health and weight loss in more ways than one. The study has found that people who eat healthy breakfasts that are rich in protein are less likely to snack during the day.

The study states that understanding the way the brain’s chemical work will lead to new understanding on how to fight and treat obesity.

It has already been found that people, especially teenagers, who skip breakfast will more likely than not end up struggling with overeating and weight gain in the future.

This study showed that people who ate an excellent breakfast with lots of protein show a lot less cravings to overeat during the course of the day. The study showed especially that people who ate balanced breakfasts every morning had less cravings for sugar throughout the day.
