The next step is simply to create a soundtrack for your workouts.  Pick music that inspires you and pumps you up.  You may actually approach it more strenuously if you have some music to rock out to as you get in shape.  Save your soundtrack for this time so that you look forward to hearing those songs and in turn look forward to hitting the gym.
